An environmental study required characterizing the flora and vegetation cover of puna and wetland ecosystems as part of the baseline.
Challenge
Extensive, hard-to-reach terrain, frequent fog and the need for consistent botanical records.

We laid out transects and evaluation plots, measured cover and collected specimens for identification, documenting each point in the field.
